Why Demand Media Works For Me
Ever wonder what it's like to work for Demand Studios? We checked in with our community of freelance creators—writers, copy editors, filmmakers and titlers—and asked them to share their experiences. Hundreds of people chimed in about why Demand Media works for them. Tune in daily to read their firsthand accounts.

My name is Melissa Reynolds, and I started writing professionally in 2005 as the head writer for The Ophelia Project's nationally distributed publications (a non-profit organization committed to creating safe social climates). I recently began writing for eHow via Demand Studios, and I initially thought the opportunity to do something like this was too good to be true. My husband's job requires us to move frequently, and it was almost impossible for me to start a traditional 9-to-5 job in a new city every few months. Demand Studios allows me to continue to work, contribute to our income, improve my skills and interact with copy editors who are professional and committed to the integrity of the Demand Studios brand.
