Introducing Features Articles

Posted by CMarie | September 7, 2010 | Comments (12)

At Demand Media Studios, we are always looking to provide more opportunities for our community and expand the scope and depth of content we create. We are excited to announce a new Features Format, which will create extensively sourced, magazine-style articles that will be prominently featured on Demand Media properties including eHow and LIVESTRONG.COM, as well as content channels on partner sites.

We're looking for writers with a minimum of 3 years reporting and writing experience for print publications, or their online equivalent, to write engaging, actionable and informative articles.

Writers will be paid $80-$100 for Features Articles.

This is more my style of writing. I hope I can qualify as these types of stories flow out my fingers so effortlessly compared to other work I've done for Demand Studio.

That's great. Most of my experience has been magazine-style writing.

This is fantastic. I, too, come from a magazine and newspaper features background. I just enthusiastically applied. CMarie, what are the next steps, as far as time line goes?
