I can't save my work because the system erases everything I write when I hit save. Will this problem be resolved soon? Is there an alternative to submitting articles? Will our deadlines be extended?

Please let us know what is going on. Since last week's style change many of us either can't post our work, or we have to resort to tricks that sometimes work, yet often don't. PLEASE, let us know what is going on, and acknowledge that you know there is an ongoing problem and that the tech group is working on it. It would be really nice if you would make plans to announce to us when the problem is fixed, so we can stop spending literally hours trying to post. Thank you.

Hi Anne and Karen, We are aware of the problem and if you've been in the forums, you might see that we have acknowledged that there is a problem and we are doing our best to fix it. When it is fixed, we do make plans to announce it. We've received a lot of comments about how the problems might be occurring because of copying text that has been saved in Microsoft Word into the article template. For now, you could try using a program like Notepad to see if you can easily copy and paste your content without it getting lost. If you have specific questions, please email us. -Liana

The notepad trick doesn't work, at least not for most of us. The email trick is no better. The type it all in the form trick is sketchy as well. I am not a technician but I find it very difficult to believe that Word documents are the problem. If that were the problem, Notepad would most likely work. Sorry, but I would think the bug is in the script for the form.
