Hello writers, contributors and freelancers alike! Demand Studios would like to welcome you to a new resource that will hopefully resolve many questions, give tremendous insight and inspire ideas: our Demand Studios blog.

In the coming weeks and months we hope to use this blog to alert you of changes occurring at Demand Studios, as well as provide feedback and answer any questions you might have. Our overall goal is to streamline this entire process with as much ease and efficiency as possible, and we believe this blog will help us tremendously along the way.

For now, though, an introduction. My name is Liana and I am your co-pilot, your guide if you will, to the well-oil machined that is Demand Studios. I, along with my fellow Demand Studios editors will be steering you in the right direction. Thank you for reading and we hope you enjoy the ride.

Hello everyone! Thank you so much for your wonderful comments, I as well as the other editors truly appreciate them. Jess: It was a figure of speech. We realize there are still many improvements to be made. The fact that you said you have 'consistent work' is an indication that we are getting to the point of being very well-oiled. Even well-oiled machines get rusty once in a while, you just add more oil ;) Sarah: We will address your concerns in a new post very soon. Therese: We definitely know how you've felt, that's mainly the reason we decided to start this blog, it will be a great resource as you said. We will also address plagiarism concerns in a separate blog posts, however if there is a specific issue, feel free to email us again. Glad everyone else has greeted this with such enthusiasm, we are looking forward to interacting with our community of writers and addressing any questions or concerns anyone might have. -Liana

This blog sounds like a good idea. Thanks guys... or gals. Is it OK to call a group of men and women "Guys?" I know, I know, I'll check the style guide.

Thanks for commenting on my comment, Liana. I just wish there were more topics that fit my area of specialty in regards to Ehow. Also, how would I be eligible to write for other sites affiliated with Demand? I only write Ehow articles but I have to submit suggested assignments all the time, which is fine but gets old after awhile. I'd be interested in writing for different sites. I write for a variety of clients and topics (especially SEO content) and would be interested in branching out on Demand.

HI, This is a great tool - I look forward to connecting with the other writers and sharing ideas. I love working for Demand also, Sarah. This is a super idea. I have felt a little isolated from everyone else as well, Therese. Can you introduce yourselves a bit here? I'm Sheila, currently living in Alabama but I grew up in Mass and RI and spent several years in Louisiana too. I own an internet bookstore on Amazon and I love to draw and paint and do anything creative. I've been with Demand for a couple of years and I write about really different things - lots of home and garden, frugal living, some psychology and lots of home and personal safety. I'm trying to come up with more green articles as it's hot right now. I hope to branch out into writing for the other Demand sites. Write back, those of you who are interested - maybe some of us can get to know each other a little bit. Some advice please - my camera is broken - where can I get clip art and free photos and how do I download them? Thank you in advance, God bless, Sheila
